CV-23-000602 – PEREZ, ARTURO ORTEGA vs ZARAGOZA, MARTIN OCTAVIO, JR – a) Plaintiff Jair Sosa’s Attorney’s Motion to be Relieved as Counsel – DENIED, without prejudice; b) Plaintiff Arturo Perez’s Attorney’s Motion to be Relieved as Counsel – DENIED, without prejudice.
(a) The Court finds that Plaintiff’s Counsel has failed to comply with the Court’s order of 11/2/23 requiring Counsel to either demonstrate that he has successfully served his client, Plaintiff or submit a declaration stating his attempts to effectuate said service. Due to said non-compliance, Counsel’s application is hereby denied without prejudice.
