Code §§ 386 (a), 386.5 and 386.6 in respect of the disputed funds herein amounting to $2,000.00 paid to Plaintiff on or about April 28, 2020 in respect of a Commercial Property Purchase Agreement entered into by Defendants herein for sale and purchase of the real property located at 5100 Elm Street Salida, California.
