The Court finds that Plaintiff has demonstrated the right to interpleader herein and that said application demonstrates compliance with the procedure and requirements stated in Civ. Proc. Code §§ 386 (a), 386.5 and 386.6 in respect of the disputed funds herein amounting to $2,000.00 paid to Plaintiff on or about April 28, 2020 in respect of a Commercial Property Purchase Agreement entered into by Defendants herein for sale and purchase of the real property located at 5100 Elm Street Salida, California.
