On August 28, 2018, Plaintiff Zapri Outlaw filed this action against Elliott Amoakoh (“Defendant”) (erroneously sued as Elliot Amoakoh) and Samir Kamani (“Kamani”). Plaintiff alleges that she was a member of the Greystone Manor Supperclub. (Compl., ¶ 14.) On April 8, 2018, she met Kamani and Defendant, who was part of Kamani’s entourage. (Compl., ¶¶ 14-15.) On April 22, 2018, Kamani invited Plaintiff to leave Greystone Manor Supperclub with him and his group. (Compl., ¶ 16.) Plaintiff agreed but Defendant attacked her when she tried to enter a vehicle with Kamani. (Compl., ¶¶ 17-18.)
On October 28, 2019, Plaintiff filed a proof of service
