Plaintiff submits five evidentiary objections to the Declaration of Brenda Bueno and the exhibit attached to Bueno’s declaration on grounds of lack of relevancy and foundation. As Bueno is the Human Resources Lead for Defendant, Bueno’s declaration is both relevant and sufficient to authenticate the arbitration agreement. Therefore, Plaintiff’s objections are overruled.
