Background

On April 17, 2018, Plaintiffs Kristina Lopez and Kimhort Veth filed the instant action against Defendants FCA US LLC and Does 1 through 50. The Complaint asserts causes of action for:

Breach of Express Warranty Pursuant to Song-Beverly Consumer Warrant Act; and
