[TENTATIVE] ORDER RE: PLAINITFF’S MOTION TO COMPEL FURTHER RESPONSES TO SPECIAL INTERROGATORIES
On November 2, 2017, Plaintiff Adam Khatibi (“Plaintiff”) filed this action against Defendants Joan M. McDonald (“McDonald”), EAN Holdings, LLC, Alamo Rent-A-Car, LLC, and Enterprise, LLC for motor vehicle and general negligence, negligent entrustment, and negligence per se. On September 27, 2018, Plaintiff filed motions to compel McDonald’s further responses to discovery. On November 6, 2018, the Court held an Informal Discovery Conference (IDC) with the parties. The Motions regarding Form Interrogatories and Requests for Admissions were resolved and taken off calendar. McDonald agreed to serve supplemental responses to Special Interrogatories Nos. 6, 8, and 34 by November 19, 2018. Plaintiff was to take the remaining motion off calendar if supplemental responses were acceptable, or to file a supplemental declaration advising the Court of the remaining issues.
