Background

This is a premises and products liability action. Plaintiffs Feliciano Cota and Silvia Cota (“Plaintiffs”) filed a Complaint on August 9, 2017, alleging four causes of action against Defendants American Wrecking Inc. (“American”), Advanced Contractors, Inc. (“Advanced”), 1935 Via Arado (“1935”), Agron, Inc. as Doe 1 (“Agron”), and Anton Schiff as Doe 2 (“Schiff”) for negligence, premises liability, products liability, and loss of consortium.

Following a demurrer by American, the Court sustained its demurrer without leave to amend as to the first, second, and fourth causes of action.
