Plaintiff alleges that Defendant Chaparral Community Church (“Defendant”) was located at the adjacent property of 1551 Huntington Drive. Plaintiff alleges that on February 28, 2014 and July 22, 2014, it discovered water damage in some hotel rooms as a result of Defendant directing its water system onto Plaintiff’s property.
The complaint, filed March 11, 2016, alleges causes of action for: (1) negligence; and (2) trespass to land.
