[TENTATIVE] ORDER RE: MOTION TO AUGMENT EXPERT DESIGNATION
On December 22, 2015, Plaintiffs Richard Castro and Susana Perez (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) filed this action against Defendants Lindy Claire Edwards (“Edwards”), Preston L. Smith, Nancy L. Smith, and City of Long Beach (“City”) for motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, dangerous condition of public property, vicarious governmental liability, and breach of mandatory duties arising out of a February 22, 2015 vehicle collision. Trial in this action is set for August 1, 2019. City moves to augment its expert witness designation to add Michael Brant-Zawadski, M.D. as an expert witness. Edwards filed a notice of non-opposition to City’s Motion to augment the expert designation.
