SUBJECT TO HEARING AND PERSONAL APPEARANCE THEREON:
The parties having appeared (CRC 7.952(a)), and the Court having reviewed and heard the Petition to Approve Compromise of Disputed Claim of a Minor, Jordan Kim, Age 15, the Court finds that the settlement is reasonable, and based thereon, approves and GRANTS the petition. CRC 7.950.
However, the court permits reduced costs and reimbursements as follows:
5,525.87 Representing out of pocket costs paid for medical expenses to be paid to Petitioner
5,608.26 Costs reimbursed to counsel
1,600.00 Costs incurred for Mashhadian and Tauber to be reimbursed to counsel
$12,734.13
Total. This conflicts with the $17,281.63 sought in the proposed order at ¶ 6.c.(b).
Counsel is ordered to prepare proposed orders reflecting the foregoing itemized amounts to be reimbursed.
