Plaintiff’s Unopposed Motion for Leave to File a Second Amended Complaint is granted as follows. Plaintiff shall be allowed to file a second amended complaint (SAC), a copy of which is attached to the Declaration of Mahanvir Sahota. Plaintiff shall file the SAC no later than 20 days after service of this ruling. Defendants’ previously filed answers shall be deemed as an answer to the SAC.
Pursuant to California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1312 (a) and Code of Civil Procedure section 1019.5(a), no further written order is necessary. The minute order adopting this tentative ruling will serve as the order of the court and service by the clerk will constitute notice of the order.
