On October 24, 2016 Judgment Creditor Ben Jewelry, Inc. served a Deposition Subpoena for Production of Business Records upon Gary Kudlo. On October 19, 2018 Judgment Creditor moved for an order setting an OSC re: contempt and monetary sanctions. This Court tentatively denied creditor’s motion but continued the matter for Judgment Creditor to submit supplemental briefing to address several potential deficiencies pointed out in the tentative:
