Defendants Dog Ear Publishing, LLC’s, Nelson’s, Robinson’s, and Harris’ Demurrer to 2nd Amended Complaint.
On February 16, 2016 plaintiff filed an action against defendants Dog Ear Publishing, LLC, Nelson, Robinson, Harris and Sanders asserting a single cause of action for public disclosure of private facts. A 1st amended complaint was filed shortly thereafter on March 2, 2016 asserting a single cause of action for public disclosure of private facts against defendants. Defendants Dog Ear Publishing, LLC, Nelson, Robinson, and Harris demurred to the 1st amended complaint. Plaintiff opposed the demurrers. On August 25, 2017 defendants Dog Ear Publishing, LLC’s, Nelson’s, Robinson’s, and Harris’ demurrers to the 1st amended complaint were sustained with ten days leave to amend. The 2nd amended complaint for public disclosure of private facts was filed on September 5, 2017.
