There may be a discovery dispute in this case involving whether or not certain answers by Plaintiff (St. George) to interrogatories and/or requests for admissions propounded by counsel for Defendant/Cross-Complainant (Titanium) are legally adequate or need to be corrected or modified.
Counsel for the Plaintiff (Mr. Booska) has filed a pleading indicating that he has not been afforded the opportunity to participate in the Discovery Facilitator process which is mandated by Local Rule 3.301 et seq.
The court has been advised by the court’s ADR Programs Office that it received a request from counsel for Titanium to assign a Discovery Facilitator to this case on November 16, 2020.
