This case arises from the Plaintiff’s claim that when she was employed by the Defendants, they breached an agreement under which she was a property manage by failing to pay wages and overtime, failing to reimburse her for expenses, and by failing to honor an option to purchase the property.
No trial is set. On September 12, 2016, the Plaintiff filed a notice of settlement. Further, the Plaintiff filed a motion to enforce the settlement agreement under CCP section 664.6.
On November 18, 2016, the Court enforced the terms of the settlement agreement when it found that the settlement agreement had been signed by all parties. The Court found that the Plaintiff’s motion to enforce the settlement agreement was moot and it executed the settlement agreement entered into by the parties by setting the date for the completi
