Pursuant to Local Rule 1.13B, on February 25, 2021, this Court appointed the Hon Lynn O’Mally Taylor (Ret‘) to preside as Discovery Facilitator for the parties’ discovery motion.
The Court has not received a declaration of non-resolution five court days prior to the hearing on the motion set for March 24, 2021, as required by Local Rule 1.13H(2).
The motion is therefore ordered OFF CALENDAR. Should the parties fail to reach resolution through the facilitator, either party may request (by ex parte application) that the Court ire-set the motion for an expedited hearing,
