BACKGROUND
On August 31, 2018, Plaintiffs Hope Maloney and Emma Rose Maloney, by and through her parent and guardian Hope Maloney, filed a complaint against Defendant Allyson Renee Dixon. The complaint alleges general and motor vehicle negligence for an automobile collision that occurred on September 8, 2016.
On November 20, 2019 Petitioner Hope Maloney (“Petitioner”) filed a petition to approve compromise of pending action for Claimant Allyson Renee Dixon (“Claimant”).
Trial is set for March 2, 2020.
