Plaintiffs, Abir Vinod Chincholkar, Ira Vinod Chincholkar, Vinod Chincholkar, and Ashwini Chincholkar filed this action against Defendants, Residence Ill by Marriott, LLC and Alana Hoffman for damages arising out of a dog bite incident. Abir and Ira are minors and are appearing by and through their GAL, Vinod. Abir was bitten in the incident, and the other plaintiffs (his family members) witnessed the attack and suffered emotional distress.
Based on current conditions, including, but not limited to, the spread of Covid-19, the court set these matters to be heard on 8/21/20 and ordered the moving party to give notice of the hearing date. (Minute Order 4/27/20.) As of 8/
