Plaintiff Epifanio Roman’s Motion for Attorneys’ Fees, Costs and Expenses is GRANTED in the amount of $23,182.50 in attorneys’ fees and $5,704.07in costs.

FACTUAL history

This is a lemon law action. The Complaint alleges as follows: Plaintiff Epifanio Roman (“Plaintiff”) purchased a new 2016 Chevrolet Malibu in March 2016, with an express written warranty from General Motors (“Defendant”). (Complaint ¶ 8.) During the warranty period, the vehicle developed various defects. (Complaint ¶ 9.)
