Superior Court (1987) 192 Cal.App.3d 1251, 1261 [upon presentation of evidence of good faith of the settlement, the burden is on any challenging party to establish lack of good faith].) The Court determines that the settlement entered by plaintiffs Oganes Boyadzhyan and Karine Boyadzhyan and moving defendant was entered into in good faith.
Defendant Polaris Inc.is discharged from all liability on claims for equitable contribution and/or full or partial indemnity by other parties, joint tortfeasors, or co-obligors, in this or any other action arising from the same general set of facts.
