Factual Background

This is a disability discrimination case. Defendant Robert Half International, Inc. (“RHI”) is a temporary staffing agency. (Plaintiff’s Response to Defendant’s Separate Statement of Undisputed Facts (“PUMF”) No. 8.) Plaintiff Timothy Galindo (“Galindo”) on September 2, 2015, began a temporary assignment through RHI at Defendant Glendale Adventist Medical Center (“GAMC”), RHI’s “client.” (PUMF No. 1.)
