Plaintiff Meena Zareh, M.D.'s Motion to Compel Further Discovery Responses
Plaintiff moves the court for an order compelling the production of documents in response to her RFPs number 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 48, 49, 50, 51 and 52. These RFPs relate to the County’s investigations of Cortes, documents regarding Plaintiff’s complaint and Plaintiff’s allegations against Cortes, as well as training given or provided to Cortez and other individuals regarding discrimination, harassment or retaliation. Defendant County opposes the motion.
The court GRANTS the motion and orders Defendant County to produce all records and documents regarding its investigation into Plaintiff’s complaint of sexual assault and harassment, documents sent to Defendant’s staff related to the dissemination of its policies in response to Plaintiff’s complaints against Cortes, and documents concerning training given or provided to Cortes, Shavelle or Hsieh regarding haras
