On October 21, 2016, Plaintiff Heather Marie Gibby (“Plaintiff”) filed this action against Defendant Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy, Inc. (“Defendant”) for alleged injuries arising out of an October 23, 2014 slip and fall. On April 4, 2017, Defendant served Plaintiff with Requests for Production, Set One, and Form Interrogatories, Set One. Plaintiff has not responded to the discovery requests. On July 31, 2017, Defendant filed motions to compel Plaintiff’s responses to the outstanding discovery requests. Plaintiff has not opposed Defendant’s Motions.
