On July 14, 2016, Plaintiff Danelle Collins (“Plaintiff”) filed this action against Defendant APRO, LLC (erroneously sued as CF United, LLC) (“Defendant”) for premises liability and negligence relating to a December 2, 2014 slip and fall at a gasoline service station that was operated by Defendant. On May 18, 2017, Plaintiff’s attorney was substituted as counsel and Plaintiff is now self-represented.
On July 20, 2017, the parties participated in an Informal Discovery Conference (“IDC”) regarding Defendant’s motions to compel further respon
