Mark Bloom of BB Law Group, LLP filed the instant motion to be relieved as counsel; however, Mark Bloom’s motion indicates that both he and Daniel Kramer of Kramer Holcomb Sheik seek to be relieved as counsel for Plaintiff Michael Scanlon. Mark Bloom’s motion complies with the requirements of California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1362. Mark Bloom’s motion is unopposed.

Mark Bloom declares that: (1) the representation of Plaintiff ended following the end of trial per the retainer agreement with the original firm Bordin Martorell; (2) Kramer Holcomb Sheik was not formally retained by Plaintiff; (3) counsel has attempted to reach out to Plaintiff to notify him that he has to obtain separate counsel;
