For a final account to be waived by Petitioner as the trustee of the Greta White Trust Dtd 2/5/05, her written acceptance of the Trust must be filed with the court. (Prob. Code §10954, subd. (b)(4).) Subject to the filing, a final account will be waived.
The schedules for receipts and gains do not comply with Prob. Code § 1062, subdivisions (a) and (d). The receipts are improperly given as a lump sum amount with insufficient descriptions. It is unclear if the gains are based on sale or other disposition and the schedule does not show the basis for the calculation of the gains. Petitioner is directed to file a verified supplement that attaches corrected schedules. Otherwise, approve $13,018.05 in statutory fees to Petitioner's counsel. Petitioner waives her fees.
