Limited Conservator's annual status report was due by 2/01/21. As of 2/24/21, it has not been filed. Unless the report is filed before the hearing, the Court will set an OSC re Failure to File Annual Status Report and require the mandatory appearance by Conservator Maria Parra De Contreras.
The Court advises that the form VN233 was revised July 2019 and it now requires that if the Conservatee is a client of Tri-Counties Regional Center, the Conservators shall attach a copy of the most recent Individual Program Planning (IPP) report from Tri-Counties Regional Center.
The clerk shall give notice.
