On 6/30/20 a Notice of Death of Conservatee (GC-399) was filed with the court stating the Conservatee Refugio Vargas Centeno died on 5/29/20. By operation of law the conservatorship of the person terminates upon the death of Conservatee. PC§1860 and CRC 7.1052.
