TENTATIVE RULING: Defendants Jackson Street Wine Warehouse, LLC (JSWW)
and Randall Callahan’s motion to compel initial responses to form interrogatories (employment set one), form interrogatories (general set two), requests for production of documents (set two), special interrogatories (set two), and supplemental interrogatory number 1 and motion for an order establishing admissions are continued to January 15, 2020, at 8:30 a.m. in Dept. A to coincide with plaintiff Stacee Cootes’ motion for a protective order.
The other discovery motions currently set for hearing on December 19, 2019, also are continued to January 15, 2020, at 8:30 a.m. in Dept. A. in order to have all discovery matters heard at the same time.
The parties shall meaningfully meet and confer before the next hearing date to try and resolve the issues in all
