Why was this petition regarding the George F. Ryan, III, Trust was filed in a new action when a prior case concerning the same trust (Case No. 2018-00513148) already was pending and the trustee and her counsel were aware of this fact?
The Court intends to consolidate the two actions for all purposes.
No notice was sent to Mary Kulvinskas, the attorney of record for Carole Maciel in Case No. 2018-00513148. (Prob. Code § 1214.)
Unless Attorney Kulvinskas waives notice, the Court will set an OSC re Account Approval, with direction for any objection or response to the accounting and any reply to be served and filed by a date certain.
Also, (1) why were properties left to go to foreclosure rather than sold in 2009? (2) Court is concerned with Ms. Ryan naming herself as custodian for Spencer Tatum. Are there any other alternatives?
