The Court has received communication from the Public Guardian's office that it does not intend to pursue its petition for general conservatorship. On November 3, 2015,,the court did not renew the September 8, 2015 order appointing temporary conservator. The court will waive an account upon the consent of counsel for the temporary conservatee.
The general conservatorship petition is dismissed without prejudice. The public defender is relieved of responsibilities.
