The court's investigator noted deficiencies potentially justifying a conservator, but similar to the court's concerns at the ex parte hearing, the proposed conservcator neighbor might not be the right choice. Likewise, the court sees no exigency which now requires two investigations and substantial duplication of effort pending the 1/7/14 general consertvatorship hearing.
Subject to the recommendation of Mr. Lenehan, the court's inclination is to notice the Public Guardian and continue the matter until the general conservatorship.
