On 9/08/20 the Court ordered Co-Conservators' status report to be revised because it was incomplete.
The Court advises that the form VN233 was revised July 2019 and it now requires that if the Conservatee is a client of Tri-Counties Regional Center, the Conservators shall attach a copy of the most recent Individual Program Planning (IPP) report from Tri-Counties Regional Center.
Co-Conservators' are ordered to revise the status report and respond to items #3-8 and attach the IPP report.
Unless the report is filed before the hearing, the Court will set an OSC re Failure to File a Revised Status Report and IPP and require the mandatory appearance by Co-Conservators Alberto Duarte and Maria R. Duarte.
The Clerk shall give notice.
