The court approves the breakdown of fees and costs as presented by counsel with the exception of the enhancement award which is denied. Plaintiff has not sufficiently established legal authority for the request in a PAGA action.
Counsel is reminded that the page-limits set forth in Cal. Rules of Court, rule 3.1113(d) apply to the instant motion. Plaintiff is also advised to comply with the page numbering rules set forth in Cal. Rules of Court, rules 2.109, 3.1110(c) and 3.1113(h). Future papers filed by this counsel which are not incompliance will not be considered by this court.
