Defendants are now defaulted. Plaintiff has shown a probable validity of its claims. Pursuant to CCP section 489.220, the bond amount required is $10,000, unless the opposing party objects and the "the court determines that the probable recovery for wrongful attachment exceeds the amount of the undertaking."
