TENTATIVE RULING: Stone Ash Delaware's UNOPPOSED Motion to Compel Compliance with Promise to Produce Documents and Court Orders Regarding Production and for Evidentiary and Monetary Sanctions is GRANTED.
Failure to file opposition to the motion indicates Plaintiff's acquiescence that the motion is meritorious. (California Rules of Court, Rule 8.54(c).) Plaintiff is ordered to immediately comply with this Court's August 3, 2018 order. If Plaintiff fails to comply with this Court's August 3, 2018 order by October 4, 2019, the Court will issue non-monetary and monetary sanctions against Plaintiff upon Stone Ash Delaware's motion for same. Stone Ash Delaware is awarded $2,635 in sanctions against Plaintiff for Plaintiff's failure to comply with this Court's August 3, 2018 order and for forcing Plaintiff to file this motion. The sanctions must be paid by October 4, 2019.
