The Motion (ROA # 47) of Defendants Fran Muncey and Bill Muncey Industries, Inc. ("Defendants") for an Order that Plaintiff Ismael Caballero's Notice of Taking of Deposition of Fran Muncey be limited in both document production and scope of witness examination, and for sanctions against Plaintiff and his counsel of record Ali Razi, is DENIED IN PART and will be HEARD IN PART. Preliminarily, the Court notes that Plaintiff alleges, at par. 2 of the Complaint, that "Defendant Fran Muncey is, and at all times relevant hereto has been ... doing business as "The Galley At the Marina Restaurant" and "Galley At the Marina" and the restaurant's owner, manager, and the person in charge of its business."

Defendant Muncey's alleged status as the "restaurant's owner, manager, and the person in charge of its business" is relevant, and Plaintiff is entitled to conduct discovery of this issue; however, the reach of Plaintiff's discovery is not unlimited.
