The court addresses the evidentiary issues. The court does not reach Defendant Ford Motor Company's evidentiary objections because the court does not deem the evidence objected to material to the court's disposition of this motion. CCP § 437c(q).

The court then rules as follows. Defendant Ford Motor Company's motion for summary judgment is denied. Ford's alternate motion for summary adjudication is denied in its entirety. The operative First Amended Complaint alleges 5 causes of action against Ford for:

Although Ford seeks summary judgment, Ford's moving papers address only the three fraudulent inducement-based causes of action. Absent establishing the absence of triable issues of material fact as to all
