The Court has received the Third Supplemental Declaration of Derek Smith re: Distribution of Settlement Funds (Smith Declaration), filed February 18, 2021. The Court has not yet received a proposed amended judgment for this matter.
No appearance is required subject to the following conditions:
The Smith Declaration indicates that all payments have been made, including distribution of the uncashed amount to the cy pres beneficiaries. The Court finds that all payments have been completed.
The parties shall submit the amended judgment for the Court's entry pursuant to Civil Procedure Code section 384(b), reflecting the payment amounts to the cy pres beneficiaries.
