Pursuant to the Court's February 9, 2018 ruling, the parties were ordered to meet and confer regarding a stipulation regarding the proper amount of damages, if any, to be paid into court each month by the unlawful detainer defendant. On February 21, 2018, the parties submitted a stipulation that the fair market rent for the subject property is $3,000 per month. Therefore, there is no need for the Court to conduct a continued hearing to resolve this determination under Code of Civil Procedure section 1170.5. The hearing has been dropped.
