TENTATIVE RULING
The claim of exemption is denied to the extent judgment creditor is entitled to $75 per pay period, up to $150 per month. Any amounts being retained in excess thereof shall be returned to the judgment creditor.
The employer may send one payment per month to the sheriff to avoid unnecessary administrative expenses.
