Plaintiffs’ Motion for Settlement Approval of Claims Brought Under the Private Attorneys General Act is granted, except that the court awards enhancements to plaintiffs Veronica Gonzalez and Guadalupe Padilla only in the amounts of $2,500 each.
A total of $5,000 for enhancements is sufficient and proper based on the number of aggrieved employees and the size of the settlement, both in total and for per person for the aggrieved employees, and considering the number of hours plaintiffs spent on this case.
