Paragraph 17 of the parties’ Protective Order (ROA 55) requires the parties to “separately file[]” confidential materials under seal. Further, paragraph 17 of the Protective Order requires the parties to comply with California Rules of Court, rules 2.550 and 2.551 with respect sealing records. Pursuant to Local Rule 352, all documents filed by represented parties in the Orange County Superior Court must be filed electronically.
