Plaintiff Western Insurance Marketing Corporation’s Motion to Compel the Orange County District Attorney’s Office and the San Diego District Attorney’s Office to Comply with Subpoenas for Production of Business Records is granted.
The alleged subject of these recordings are meetings between Plaintiff and defendant Mercury General Corporation (“Defendant”). Plaintiff’s minority owner, co-plaintiff Hugh Pham, recorded these meetings, without Defendant’s knowledge, with authorization from the OCDA and the SDDA.
