Defendants Charles McHugh, Paul Leone and Stephen A. Madoni’s Special Motions to Strike are granted as to the third cause of action for intentional interference with contractual relations. Defendants have met their initial burden showing the alleged conduct is protected by the provisions of CCP §425.16. Plaintiff cannot meet his now shifted burden of showing he has a probability of prevailing on the merits as the alleged conduct is protected by the litigation privilege set forth in CC § 47.
