These are summary judgment motions by defendants Erica Sorensen and Steven Fischer (defendant Skylar Hoey was voluntarily dismissed on 08/25/17) challenging Christopher Alexander’s negligence claims. (These motions do not relate to the claims asserted in the related action, 2016-840699.) Erica Sorensen was a tenant in the subject condominium. Steven Fischer was the landlord and new owner of the refurbished unit.
