Motion to Consolidate Cases
Denied. Motion for formal consolidation denied. The procedural requirements of CRC 3.350 were not completely followed. Formal consolidation would mean combining a trust case with a decedent’s estate case, which is disfavored. However, the court can and will work informally to coordinate the proceedings so that the pending matters can be tried together.
