VANESSA BARRON (Plaintiff) brings this employment action against her former employer LOS ANGELES APPAREL, INC.(LA Apparel) and supervisor JOHN NEWMAN (Newman) (LA Apparel and Newman collectively referred to as Defendants) alleging that Newman sexually harassed her and LA Apparel terminated her employment after she reported Newmans misconduct to the company. Plaintiffs individual causes of action in the Complaint are: (1) Sexual Harassment (Cal. Civ.
