ANALYSIS: On November 9, 2022, Plaintiff The North River Insurance Company (Plaintiff) initiated this interpleader action against Defendants Patrick K. Desmore, Yolanda Desmore, Robert Bautista, April Apodaca, Cesar Montenegro, Kimberly Brae, and Edward Silberstein. All Defendants have filed an answer except Defendant Yolanda Desmore, who has been dismissed.
