Background
Plaintiffs Melinda Zeman and Michael Zeman (together, Plaintiffs) allege as follows: Plaintiffs dog died on September 11, 2021 after receiving care at a Petsmart PetsHotel.
On August 16, 2022, Plaintiffs filed a complaint, asserting causes of action against Petsmart LLC (erroneously sued as Petsmart), Lisa Ocana, Elana Rodriguez (collectively, Defendants) and Does 1-25 for:
